Overview
Harris Associates provided General Contracting Services for the tenant improvement buildout of (4) floors at the US Bank building located in Downtown Phoenix. The company managed the project for the tenant (WeWork) and with the landlord (ScanlanKemperBard).
Original building shell construction was completed in 1976, leading to unique logistical obstacles including delivering material to the top flors via a 6’x7’ x9’ tall elevator. Exterior trellis was hoisted onto the podium deck patio, requiring agency approval of traffic plans to shut down lanes of traffic in Downtown Phoenix.
Harris Associates worked on common areas on all 4 floors including kitchen and seating areas, and construction was completed with occupied office spaces above/beneath floors receiving buildout.
