Harris Associates provided Preconstruction and General Contracting Services for the complete renovation of a vacant two-story suite at the MGM Park. Value Analysis was provided throughout the Design process. Harris worked with TPG design team and RDH architecture firm on a project that consisted of high-end finishes and working with the famed chef Nusr-Et “Salt Bae.”

This buildout included kitchens on both floors that had to be constructed concurrently. Creative shiftwork was needed for the architectural floor polishing. Harris had to scaffold the 2nd floor to create a dance floor to allow construction to take place above and below the main center bar chandelier to maintain the project schedule. The logistics, coordination and scheduling of this project along with the multiple long lead item finishes was a team effort between all involved. We even completed this project ahead of schedule.
