Kimley-Horn and Associates is a full-service consulting firm that provides a wide range of infrastructure and land development planning and engineering services to both public and private clients. With more than 100 offices across the country, they retained Harris Associates to support the remodel of an existing space located just off Las Vegas Blvd within the Town Square shopping center. This challenging but unique project was a complete floor to ceiling remodel on the 3rd floor of a heavily occupied office/retail building. The 26K square foot office accommodates 228 desks and includes a glass storefront. Harris Associates conducted the full scope of work while minimizing interruptions to adjacent offices and retail tenants, as this was a high priority for our team. Both Harris Associates and the client were very pleased with the final product.
