IS LUXURY is a real estate agency that specializes in selling the finest luxury homes in the Las Vegas valley, including luxury high-rises, so it’s only fitting that its office reflects an upscale look and feel as well. The agency retained Harris Associates to provide a full-scale interior new build and design of its new Downtown Summerlin office. Over the course of five months, Harris worked diligently to procure and install structural steel to create a new second floor located within the existing building. We worked with Elle concepts and Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects (CSD) to import custom high-end finishes from around the world that help to make the space stand out!
