Harris Associates provided Preconstruction and General Contracting Services for the Night + Market restaurant. Value Analysis was provided throughout the Design and Preconstruction process to meet the owner’s desired budget while maintaining the design integrity required by the Tenant. Harris worked with Avenue Interior Design and Klai Juba Architects.

Harris Associates worked with the tenant, designer and architect to source certain materials for high mirror finishes and a compound curved slat wall. Other notable challenges included:

• Installation of a hanging trellis system complete with neon lettering, speakers and light fixtures that extends thru the casino floor.
• Installation of precision cut ¼’ large format (2’x4’) porcelain tile around the bar area.
• Polished chrome ceiling, suspended bottle riser and interior PDR storefront- complete with mirror finishes.
• Managing supply chain issues for FF&E, OS&E and other various OFCI/CFCI installed materials.
