Harris Associates provided Preconstruction and General Contracting Services for the renovation of the restaurants within the new Virgin Hotel. The Todd English’s Olives improvement included demolition of the previous space and subsequent remodeling of the front of house, kitchen, and patio to include new framing, millwork, kitchen equipment, and finishes.

Harris Associates worked closely with the Virgin Hotel facilities team and property management to allow for the restaurant to be under construction while the hotel opened for business. Harris Associates also managed all special requirements for a custom pizza oven and grill which is the center point of the restaurant. All logistics, coordination, and scheduling for this project along with the custom long lead items throughout the space was a team effort between all involved.
