Harris Associates provided Preconstruction and General Contracting Services for the complete renovation of six (6) unique themed suites totaling 10,383 square feet and twelve (12) presidential suites totaling 19,411 square feet.

The theming of the suites (bachelorette, bachelor, cinema and monochrome) made the suite remodels fun to build and required Harris Associates to procure and track many different finishes.

Custom high-end finishes was installed throughout the suites including faux wood beams, pocket doors, venetian plaster, and millwork. The unique design of each suite along with the suites being spread out throughout the tower added to the challenges that Harris Associates helped overcome.

Value Analysis was provided throughout the Design process. The logistics, coordination, and scheduling of this project along with the multiple long lead item finishes was a team effort between all involved.
