In Southern Nevada, Lithia Motors offers the largest election of Hyundai's across its three locations. Lithia retained Harris Associates to manage improvements of one of its locations, bringing it up to Hyundai’s design standards. Our team provided preconstruction, value analysis and general contracting services for the renovation of a new sales management office. In addition to this office, our team installed two artistic 3-column lighting fixtures and electric car charging stations. This project only took about five weeks to complete, and at the end we were happy to provide Lithia with an upgraded office consisting of better functionality and design elements.
