Harris Associates was selected by the Big Sandy Rancheria Band of Western Mono Indians to be the Construction Manager for their 1,000,000+ sq. Hotel and Casino. Harris assisted ownership in the selection of the Design Consultants, General Contractor, as well as agencies needed to facilitate all California Government Agency requirements.

As Construction Manager, we oversee the General Contractor and assist with Design Management. Additional scope includes a Wastewater Treatment Plant, Propane Tank Yard, Fire Water Pump Station, Water Wells, new Power Lines, and a 300-foot Bridge.

Early challenges of the project have been the government agency approvals necessary for the development. Harris coordinated & managed the necessary consultant input to facilitate all jurisdiction approvals.
